SCS Wraps took amazing care of me. I had a wrap done at a different company and it was starting to come off the back window. I thought we had done it at SCS initially, so I contacted them. Jacob communicated great over the phone and then via email. I was told I could bring it in same day, and they would make it happen. Once I got there, I realized it was not the same place. I told Jacob I got things confused and he was very professional and still got me taken care of. On top of it all, they didn't charge me. Took about 5 mins and I was on my way. There is no doubt that I will use them for all my wrap needs moving forward. THANK YOU!

Very helpful customer service! We ordered some customized numbers for our jet ski. Later we realized we made a mistake on one and sent an email to customer service and asked that one be canceled. It was done that day - Easter Sunday and money was credited immediately. Definitely recommend!

SCS had efficient communication back/forth (not sure if it was AI or local person) but nonetheless it was communication. They got 3 of our rigs wrapped and the timeframe of completion was spot on! All vehicles look fantastic. I also expressed a concern about removing my rear camera and they were able to listen and make sure all went well, -thank you!

It was a pleasure working with the design and manufacturing team at SCS Unlimited. Excellent communication and easy to understand process. After purchasing the initial graphic and receiving the initial proof through email by one of the excellent designers at SCS Unlimited, I wanted to make some color and design changes and sent an email back with my requests. LoRae got back to me within the same day with a wrap I was absolutely in love with and I gave the go ahead for print production. Once print production started I received another email letting me know that my wrap was getting printed and it would be shipped within a few days. Overall, I could not be happier with the process and am excited to receive my dream wrap!

Another great experience with SCS!Based off the customer service I received from Samantha when ordering my custom kit for my sxs, without question, I would ordered from SCS again! You guys did a great job on the vinyls for my truck! You offer an awesome service with respectable fees. I appreciated the ease of communication and the quickness of your work.Over all, the quality of the end-product looks to be superior. Though I haven't had it installed long enough to determine the longevity of either the ink or the vinyl, I can tell that I am going to enjoy several years worth of use out of the product.If I were to find any criticism at all of the work I recieved, it would be that the installer may need to focus a little bit more on the fine details, as I found an orphaned strip of the vinyl had been left behind on my window framework.This of course is not a deal breaker at all, and as an Automotive Reconditioning Specialist by trade, I know how to quickly and easily remedy the situation myself. My line of work may also be the only reason I noticed the small bit of detritus so easily, as my eyes are trained to find such fine details.All in all, SCS Wraps is a superb local company to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone needing vinyl work done to their vehicle(s).

One of the best purchasing and customer service experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order and had forgotten to provide details on my order. The designer reached out to obtain the info and was very professional about it. She kept me in the loop the whole time, even showing me the proof of design once it was completed and before sending off to print. Couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend.

SCS Wraps did an excellent job accommodating my unique situation and helping me get my minibus wrapped before it hit the road for Alaska. They were able to take measurements of it outside of their office, and the designer, Arik, came up with a great layout. Cassie was incredibly responsive and accommodating and they managed to knock out the install super quickly so the driver could hit the road. I would absolutely use SCS Wraps again and would recommend them to a friend.

The quality of the material used to print these graphics is just amazing!!! Way beyond my expectations. I wraped my Jet Ski with graphics 1 year and a half ago and they still look immaculate, brand new!!! And better yet, wherever I bring my Jet Ski, I only hear compliments. But my best experience with SCS is definitely their design support on helping me get exactly what I wanted and more. The feedback and response is instant and highly professional.

Incredible experience working with SCS Wraps. I found them on a random Google search and I'm so glad I did. They made me a wrap for a Yeti Cooler that is the most unique, personal, amazing thing I've seen. Each step of the process was met with patience and customization, always thinking of me the customer first, even when I asked a million questions and had a lot of specifications. I started the order in April for a July 4th weekend delivery and Joe and the rest of the team made sure that would happen, even though we set it up so far in advance. Joe walked me through everything from purchasing my Yeti from the Yeti site and sending directly to them, customizing the exact images I wanted on the wrap (plus ideas of their own that worked so well), managing payment, managing delivery and everything in between. The personable nature of Joe and the team made me really believe they care a lot about the products they make and their customers - A LOT. You just don't get that from a lot of vendors, let alone ones that make incredibly durable, top notch quality products. I will recommend SCS Wraps to anyone who needs that kind of product - its an amazing gift idea too! I gave as a gift and the recipients were so incredibly happy and thought it was the coolest gift.Unfortunately my photo isn't uploading to the review but I guess you'll have to trust my word :) thank you to everyone at SCS Wraps!!

Lots of companies can print a wrap but none have offered customer service that is even close to what SCS provides. Their team works fast, their proofs have been accurate and their design team helpful when looking to tweak something to be more pleasing to the eye. I called several companies for a simple wrap job and one finally got back to me. So I used them. Mistake. Had one in person phone call. The rest were delayed emails or voice mails. Took five weeks...FIVE WEEKS!. The next job I called Cassie Moore at SCS Unlimited. (I was actually shocked when they picked up the phone.) They are professional and personable. So easy to work with and fast! They always get our vehicles vinyl and just helped us with some building signs. While I waited almost a month just for a quote from another company and then was told I would have to wait another 4 weeks for production... these guys had me a quote within a day or two and had the signs installed in less than 2 weeks start to finish!

Cassie and the SCS team were very attentive in planning the installation of a set of OEM stripes on my 1974 Bronco Ranger. When the time came to do the work, I felt very comfortable leaving my truck with them, and confident that the installation would turn out very good. I came in to get a simple tailgate wrap for my pickup and left with a renewed sense of pride for it! Lol They were friendly and fast. I have worked with SCS on two occasions over the past year. I wouldn’t have gone back a second time if I wasn’t delighted with their work. They helped create the wraps for my truck based on trout related art work by a gifted artist from Traverse City, Michigan. I recommend them highly. I had personal dealings with Cassie who made sure all questions were answered and that the end product was exactly what I wanted. If all businesses functioned like SCS the BBB would become obsolete.

I really enjoyed working with SCS Wraps. They were very helpful and attentive to all my needs and questions. They provided awesome service, and the turnaround time was fast. We used SCS wraps for our new (to us) fleet van for Montana Outdoor Science School (MOSS). Joe and crew were easy to work with and delivered a stellar project. They took time to make sure that the image would be a great design once printed. We're super pumped about the wrap and think it represents MOSS's outdoorsy and bright mission! The van will be traveling the roads of Montana with 580 summer campers this year and we couldn't be more excited about the story it tells because of the wrap.

I had an outstanding experience with SCS! After their first attempt at my wrap concept left room for improvement, they invited me to come back in so they could get it done exactly how I wanted. This time it was bang on perfect and they made the changes at no cost to me! Perhaps my favorite thing about SCS, though, is the sense that they all love what they are doing. Hi. Just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that SCS could not have treated me better in my transaction. I bought some skis for my 10 year old son that were girl skis, and needless to say, the graphics were a little on the girl side. SCS completed a killer wrap for the skis, with bears, deer, and trout. Our company has used SCS in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Scheduling is a breeze, they got us in two days after calling! They still had our design and dimensions from previous orders, but still sent us proofs to approve. They also created a new sticker for us with very short notice. LBPL, would highly recommend SCS for anyone looking for great customer service at a competitive price. We went with an online competition to find a logo first. It was not the greatest experience and we ended up choosing SCS. We are extremely happy with our design as well as the outstanding level of customer service SCS provides. If you are looking for a new logo or a re-vamp SCS is the place to go!

From the first email to the finished product I cannot say enough good things about Joe. He was quick to respond to emails. Walked me through measuring our electrical boxes for wrapping. Made suggestions, had a great sense of humor. And had them finished while we were out of town. For the past two years they have been an eye sore in our front yard, now thanks to SCS it’s really more like a piece of art. Just so cool!!
